Headgear Fit & Size Guide

HOW TO MEASURE (DO THIS FIRST)

Use a soft tape measure and wrap it just above your ears, around the widest part of your head.
Keep it snug—not loose, not squeezing.

SIZE BREAKDOWN

S/M → 54–57 cm (21¼" – 22⅜")
L/XL → 58–62 cm (22¾" – 24¼")

HOW TO CHOOSE (THIS IS WHAT MATTERS)

  • If you’re between sizes → go DOWN (S/M)
    Headgear should be locked in, not floating.
  • If you’re at the top end of a size → go UP (L/XL)
    You don’t want pressure headaches mid-round.
  • If you have thicker hair or wear wraps underneath → consider sizing up

FIT STANDARD (ONX EXPECTATION)

You’re looking for:

  • No shifting during movement
  • No need to constantly adjust
  • Clear vision without pressure points

If it slides, it’s too big.
If it distracts you, it’s too tight.
