ORDERS, BILLING & CHANGES
When will I be charged for my order?
The second you confirm your order, the charge goes through. No delays. No guesswork. Just locked and loaded.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to make a change, email info@onxsports.com as soon as possible. Once an order enters processing or ships, changes may no longer be possible.
My address is incorrect. Can it be updated?
Please contact us right away at: info@onxsports.com. We’ll do our best to update the address before shipment, but once a package leaves our facility, changes may be limited.
How can I check my order status?
Your order confirmation and shipping emails include the most up-to-date information. If something doesn’t look right, our support team is happy to review it with you.
How do I track my order or handle delays?
Use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. While we work with reliable carriers, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, volume, or customs processing for international orders.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking details and an estimated delivery timeframe.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. If your address is legit, we’ll get you the gear—wherever you are. This is fight-grade equipment for a global standard of athlete. *Compliance with international shipping laws may apply.
We partner with DHL Express Worldwide for all international shipping.
International Orders:Your ONX gear is crafted to perform at the highest level — wherever you train. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by your country’s authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
Why are there customs fees on international orders?
Customs duties and import fees are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not set or collected by ONX.
Can you mark my order as a gift to avoid customs fees?
In accordance with international shipping laws, we’re unable to do that. All orders must be declared accurately in accordance with such regulations.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & SUPPORT
Can I return or exchange my gear?
Yes. Unused gear in original condition may be returned or exchanged within the return window. For safety and hygiene reasons, used gear cannot be accepted.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email info@onxsports.com to begin the process. Once approved, we’ll provide clear return instructions and the correct return address.
I received the wrong item or something is missing. What should I do?
Email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful when applicable. We’ll make sure it’s resolved quickly.
My gear arrived damaged or the Velcro isn’t working properly.
That’s not the experience we expect. Send photos and your order number to info@onxsports.com, and our team will take care of it.
My order was flagged as fraudulent. Why is that and how does ONX typically respond?
Thanks for reaching out — and you’re right to be cautious. For most orders, we don't see any issue or request ID or payment verification.
However, in rare cases where an order is flagged by Shopify for fraud review, our team may request limited verification to protect you and prevent unauthorized use.
When this happens, we may ask for:
- A government-issued ID to confirm name and shipping address only
- Confirmation that the name on the ID matches the name on the card used
If an email was supplied at purchase, we will reach out that way.
If a phone number is the only information you provided, we may text or call you.
We will never ask for:
- Full credit card numbers
- CVV codes
- Social Security numbers
If you’d like to confirm this request is legitimate, you can:

WARRANTY
Do ONX products include a warranty?
Yes. ONX training equipment comes with a 3-month warranty for the original owner with a valid purchase.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects related to materials, workmanship, and normal training use.
What happens if my product has a defect?
If a manufacturing issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a one-time replacement of the same product or one of similar value. Graphics may vary. Custom designs are not covered, as they do not affect performance or safety.
SIZING & FIT
Do ONX products run true to size?
Yes. ONX gear is designed to fit true to size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort and coverage.
MMA Sparring Gloves - What size should I choose?
- 135 lbs or less: Small / Medium
- 135–185 lbs: Large / XL
- 185 lbs and up: XXL
The gloves are designed to feel snug initially and break in naturally as the padding and materials settle.
Are the gloves supposed to feel tight in the fingers?
Yes. A secure finger fit helps maintain control and alignment. With consistent training, the gloves will soften slightly while maintaining structure.
Do I need to heat mold the gloves?
No. ONX MMA sparring gloves are engineered to break in naturally and do not require heat molding.

How do I choose the right size?
Select your size based on height and weight, not shoe size. If you’re between sizes, sizing up provides better coverage and protection.
How does the shin guard + knee pad combo sizing work?
Choose your shin guard size first. Knee pads are scaled to match for proper alignment and coverage.

Is there a size chart for headgear?
Yes. Measure your head circumference and reference the chart below to ensure a secure, low-profile fit.
USE & PERFORMANCE
Do I need hand wraps with ONX gloves?
Hand wraps are not required. The patented X-Factor support system stabilizes the wrist and hand internally, reducing movement and slippage. Some athletes still choose wraps for personal preference.
Are ONX gloves safe for heavy bag work?
Yes. However, for high-volume bag training, the gloves may break down faster due to the intense impact so buying separate gloves for separate uses may be beneficial.
What’s the difference between sparring gloves and training gloves?
- Sparring gloves prioritize protection and shock absorption for you and your training partners.
- Training gloves are built for versatility across bag work, pads, and controlled sparring.
Using the right glove supports safer, more effective training.
Velcro or lace-up X-Factor gloves — which should I choose?
Both offer the same patented protection system.
- Velcro is quick and convenient for solo sessions.
- Lace-up provides a more locked-in, custom feel with assistance.
The choice comes down to preference and training style.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
How should I care for my ONX gear?
For helping with odors from the gloves there are a couple options you could try. The first thing we always recommend is to make sure to always let the gloves air out after each workout and keep them out of any gym bag to let the gloves dry out. Next I would recommend investing in a shoe/glove dryer that circulates air through the gloves to allow them to properly dry out. If the gloves start to get an odor you could purchase some deodorizers and stick them in the gloves to eliminate the smell. Lastly, if they still smell you can put the gloves in the washer on a gentle cycle and let them dry out after. Reach out to info@onxsports.com for more information.
How can I extend the life of my gloves?
Occasionally applying a high-quality leather beeswax to the exterior helps maintain the material and extend glove lifespan.

What’s the difference between the Precision Line and Premium Line?

When will products restock?
Restock timing depends on production schedules and quality assurance. Use the “Notify Me” button on the product page to receive alerts when items return.
When will the MMA Fight Glove be released?
The fight glove is still in development and testing. It will only be released once it meets ONX performance and safety standards.
When will the Coaches Line be available?
Professional-grade gear takes time. The Coaches Line will launch when it’s fully ready, but it is in the works.
CUSTOM, WHOLESALE & ATHLETES
Do you offer custom name printing on gloves?
Not at this time.
Can I order custom coaches gear?
A coaches line is in the works. Email subscribers will receive early access before any public release.
Do you offer wholesale options?
Yes. Wholesale partnerships are limited and handled case by case. Contact us with your business details for consideration.
Can I become an ONX Athlete?
Opportunities are selective. Athletes must align with ONX values, standards, and long-term vision.

Do you offer an ONX athlete sponsorship program?
Not at this time. ONX does not currently have a formal athlete sponsorship or ambassador program.
We work intentionally and selectively to ensure every partnership aligns with our standards, product development process, and long-term vision.
Do you provide gear to professional fighters?
Yes — ONX provides gear to select UFC-level professional fighters on a case-by-case basis.
These relationships are built around real training needs, performance feedback, and long-term collaboration—not traditional sponsorships.
I’m an amateur or regional fighter. Can I apply to be sponsored by ONX?
At this time, we are not accepting applications from amateur or regional-level fighters.
This isn’t a reflection of talent or potential — it’s about focus. ONX is currently prioritizing elite, top-tier competition and product refinement at the highest level of the sport.
Do you work with athlete management companies?
Yes. We regularly work side by side with athlete managers and management agencies to support their fighters with approved athlete discounts and gear access.

Will ONX launch an athlete program in the future?
Possibly — If (or) when an official program launches, it will be announced directly through ONX channels.
