ONX Knee Guards Size Guide
Choose your knee guard size from your calf and thigh measurements. The guards have a strap below the knee and a strap above the knee, so both measurements matter.

How to measure: wrap a soft tape around the widest part of your calf, then around your thigh just above the knee. If you are between sizes, size up.
Buying with shin guards? Shin guard size S or M goes with the S/M knee guard. Shin guard size L or XL goes with the L/XL knee guard.
