ONX T-Shirt Instagram Sweepstakes

Official Rules and Terms & Conditions

June 9, 2026 – June 13, 2026

1. Eligibility

The ONX T-Shirt Instagram Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of ONX (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

2. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by ONX (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, and ends on Saturday, June 13, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, participants must complete all three (3) of the following steps via their Instagram account:

Follow the official ONX Instagram account (@onxlabs)
Like the official Sweepstakes post published on the @onxlabs Instagram page
Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments section of the official Sweepstakes post.

Each Instagram account may submit one (1) entry per tagged friend, per day, during the Sweepstakes Period. Tagging multiple friends in a single comment counts as one (1) entry. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any other automated means will be disqualified. Participants must have a public Instagram account or follow @onxlabs to be considered an eligible entrant.

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prizes

Seven (7) winners will each receive one (1) ONX T-Shirt in adult size Large (“Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $50. Total ARV of all prizes combined is $350.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the value of their prize, if applicable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Seven (7) potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. Drawings will take place on or around June 15, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified via Instagram direct message (DM) from @onxlabs. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners must respond to the DM notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

To claim a prize, the potential winner must provide a valid U.S. mailing address (no P.O. boxes) and confirm eligibility. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.

7. Conditions of Participation

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

Tampers with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes
Acts in a disruptive, unsportsmanlike, or offensive manner
Provides false or misleading information
Violates these Official Rules or Instagram’s Terms of Use.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability, claims, actions, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; (b) errors or difficulties of any kind, whether electronic, mechanical, typographical, printing, or otherwise; (c) failed, incorrect, inaccurate, or garbled transmissions; (d) unauthorized intervention; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property in connection with this Sweepstakes.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor solely for Sweepstakes administration and prize fulfillment purposes. Sponsor’s collection and use of personal information is subject to its Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to Sponsor’s use of their name and Instagram handle for winner announcement purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Instagram. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram.

11. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Sponsor is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the applicable state or federal courts.

12. Winner List

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ONX, Attn: T-Shirt Sweepstakes Winners, within thirty (30) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
