As President of ONX Sports, Tanner oversees everything inside the ONX ecosystem — from product engineering and manufacturing to athlete partnerships, the ONX Elite Training Facility, and The What Hones You Show. His vision is precise: protect fighters, build intelligently, and scale while maintaining the standard known around the world

Working alongside Trevor Wittman, Tanner helps translate elite fight innovation into operational execution. Every glove, guard, and system must meet championship expectations — because world-class fighters trust ONX with their longevity.

A former Division I wrestler at the University of Northern Colorado, Tanner built his foundation on discipline, structure, and earned confidence. While at UNC, he roomed and trained alongside Justin Gaethje — forged in the same grind, and carrying the same competitive edge.
