The ONX Combat Rash Guard Short Sleeve is an MMA rashguard and BJJ rashguard built heavier than the standard. Its fabric weighs 300 GSM, or grams per square meter, the standard measure of how heavy and dense a fabric is. A higher GSM means a denser, tougher fabric, and that density is what matters here: most rash guards sit at 180 to 220 GSM, so at 300 GSM this one stays more opaque under stretch, holds up longer through daily mat work, and delivers firmer compression. The short sleeve cut keeps the arms free for grips while the heavyweight fabric holds everything in place.
This is the short sleeve version, cut for athletes who want their arms free for clinch and grip work or who train in warmer conditions. If you want full-arm coverage and abrasion protection, the long sleeve version uses the same 300 GSM build. Sublimation-ready construction makes either one a fit for gyms and teams building custom fightwear.

What size should I order?
The short sleeve rash guard runs true to size in S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Order your normal size for a compression fit. The cut is snug by design for a second-skin feel, so size up if you prefer a looser fit. Sizing is consistent across all four colors.
What is it made of, and how heavy is it?
Polyester and spandex at 300 GSM. GSM means grams per square meter, the standard measure of fabric weight, and 300 GSM is heavyweight, well above the 180 to 220 GSM of standard rash guards. That density is what gives it durability, opacity, and firm compression. Polyester handles moisture-wicking and color retention, while spandex adds the 4-way stretch and shape retention.
Should I choose short sleeve or long sleeve?
The short sleeve keeps your arms free for grips and clinch work and runs cooler in hot training environments. The long sleeve version, built from the same 300 GSM fabric, adds full-arm coverage and abrasion protection for colder conditions or more mat contact. Choose by climate and how much coverage you want.
